RECORDING FEE SCHEDULES

Be advised that the Probate Court will not accept documents for recording with a thumb print emblem or social security number information. Such documents will be rejected and returned to the sender.

BUSINESS FILINGS:

Commencing January 1, 2021, Act 2020-73 mandates that all domestic corporation filings shall be filed with the Office of Secretary of State of Alabama. This 299 page Act can be reviewed at www.sos.alabama.gov (Click on top tool bar, click on Records section, select Legislative Acts). Please review the online services provided by the Office of the Secretary of State of Alabama, which include the required forms for filing. For your convenience, we have attached a copy of the documentation provided to us by the Office of the Secretary of State which may provide answers to any questions you have regarding the Act and requirements associated therewith.
